I hold responsibility for the health, relevance, and continuity of the cohort experience.
Partner closely with the membership to support the long-term success of the group
Serve as a strategic advisor and confidential sounding board to individual members
Design and facilitate in-person and virtual meetings with intention and depth
Cultivate meaningful relationships within the cohort and across the broader ecosystem
Act as a connector, sharing resources, perspectives, and introductions when helpful
